Each Small Village Sicily piece is made to order. That allows us to produce thoughtfully, reduce waste, and avoid overproduction while keeping the focus on the villages themselves — not seasonal inventory cycles.

Made to order

Each piece is produced specifically for your order, allowing us to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Small Village Sicily is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has started.
