Refund policy
Each Small Village Sicily piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of that, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Producing each item individually helps reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction while keeping the focus on the villages themselves.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Sizing
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order. Because items are produced individually, we generally cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
If you’re unsure about fit, we recommend comparing the provided measurements to a shirt you already own.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have certain consumer rights regarding cancellations or returns under applicable law.
However, because many Small Village Sicily items are produced specifically for each order, some exemptions may apply to made-to-order products.

Lost Packages
